Abstract
To optimize diets and regimes of human adequate nutrition, a structural-parametrical description and agent-oriented model of the human digestive system are proposed, which reflect the assimilation dynamics of the elements of the product nutritive and biological value. The biochemical processes in the sub-systems of the gastrointestinal tract are described by the substrate-enzyme reactions of breakdown and allow optimizing a composition and structure of the human diet with consideration for their physiological condition.
