Abstract
Methyl 2-amino-5-fluorobenzoate was synthesized through a series of reactions of nitrification,esterification and hydronation used 3-fluorobenzoic acid as raw material.By compared with different synthesis methods,an optimal synthesis route was present:3-fluorobenzoic acid reacted with mixed acid,then reacted with methanol.By reduction the target product was received with the yield of 81%.The structure of the product was affirmed by melting point,IR,NMR and GC-MS,and GC99%,LC98.5%.
The optimal synthesis route for Methyl 2-amino-5-fluorobenzoate is 3-fluorobenzoic acid reacted with mixed acid, then reacted with methanol, yielding 81% of the target product with confirmed structure.
