Abstract
1. An x-ray diffraction structural analysis showed that the product of the addition of acetic acid to 4-butyl-2-methyl-3-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-4-boraquinazoline is 4-acetoxy-4-butyl-2-methyl-3-phenyl-1,4-dihydro-1-aza-3-azonia-4-boratanaphthalene. 2. In the crystal, molecules of this adduct are bound by intermolecular N-H... hydrogen bonds and form centrosymmetric dimers.
The crystal structure of 4-acetoxy-4-butyl-2-methyl-3-phenyl-1,4-dihydro-1-aza-3-azonia-4-boratanaphthalene reveals intermolecular N-H hydrogen bonds and centrosymmetric dimers.
