Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Cinseer Kreasi Indonesia di Pluit Jakarta Utara. Pengumpulan daya dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 120 responden, kemudian data dianalisis dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Cinseer Kreasi Indonesia in Pluit, Jakarta Utara. Data collection was cerried out using a questionnaire as many as 120 respondents, then the data were analyzed with SmartPLS software, the results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the leadership style variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
