Abstract
A new method called the temperature difference blending(TDB) for preparing thermoplastics/thermotropic liquid crystalline polymers in situ composites was introduced in this paper. The temperature difference blending was analysed on the basis of the tow key points, namely flow field and viscosity ratio, for preparing TP/TLCP in situ composites. Finally, the advantages of TDB were summarized.
