Abstract
Polyester fabric was inkjet printed with disperse dye thermal sublimation ink.The ink was easy to bleed, had poor color yield and poor light fastness.Pretreatment of polyester fabric with different mass fractions self-made pretreatment agent, nonionic reactive polymer with multi-functional groups(A),were compared, afterwards inkjet printing was carried out.The results showed that the color of polyester fabric was brilliant, and K/S value was increased when w(A) was 1% of pretreatment agent was used. When the dosage of pretreatment agent was 2%,the bleeding of inkjet printed polyester fabric was distinctly decreased, and crocking fastness and light fastness was unchanged, which could meet the demand.
Pretreatment with 2% of nonionic reactive polymer with multi-functional groups (A) significantly reduces bleeding and improves color yield in inkjet printed polyester fabric for disperse dye thermal sublimation ink.
