Abstract
With the booming development of the high imitation luxury goods market, identifying authenticity has become a major challenge for consumers. COACH leather bags, as a popular fashion brand, also face serious counterfeiting problems. In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of COACH leather bag authentication, this study took the light khaki COACH leather bag as the research object, collected spectral data of the samples through hyperspectral technology, and preprocessed the spectral data using the Savitzky-Golay convolution smoothing method in the full wavelength range, UV, visible light, and short-wave infrared wavelength ranges. The SPA algorithm was used for feature selection, and the t-SNE-SVM algorithm was used for classification and recognition. The experimental results show that this method achieved an accuracy of 98.55% in COACH leather bag authentication, and the prediction based on the full wavelength range was better. This provides an effective technical means for authenticity identification in the luxury goods industry.
