The strategic vision has an important effect on the development of the organizations. Questionnaires and interviewing were used in this research to investigate the relationship between the leader's vision and the organization's performance in national and private units. A direct effect of vision and vision communication on the performance of enterprises has been found through analysis and statistics and some suggestions have been put forward to organizations on how to construct the shared vision and on how to select and cultivate the visionary leaders.
