Abstract

1-Animo-2-Hydroxy-6-Nitroindane can be used for drug and pesticide intermediates.1-Animo-2-Hydroxy-6-Nitroindane was synthesized by nitration,reduction,dehydration,epoxidation and ammination of Inden-1-one with the yield of 20.4%.The main product of nitration 6-Nitroinden-1-one and byproducts 4-Nitroinden-1-one has been determined by dipole,and been separated by chromatography.The yield of epoxidation was improved by m-CPBA instead of using other peroxyacid.The post treatment method of the product was improved by recrystallizing instead of the column separation.The structure of target molecule and intermediates has been proved by 1HNMR and IR.
