Abstract
1-(2-Bromoethoxy)-4-nitrobenzene is the intermediate of dofetilide which is the medicine for treating arrhythmia.It was preparated from 4-nitrophenol and 1,2-dibromoethane via Williamson Reaction.In this paper,effects of the reaction temperature,solvent,time and proportion were investigated.
