OBJECTIVE To synthesis the 2-(dialkylamino)ethyl 2-((thiophen-3-yl)methoxy) acetate(hydrochloride) and to study the effects on learning and memory in mice.METHODS The compounds were(prepared) using 3-methylthiophene,through Whol-Ziegler reaction,and Williamson reaction and esterification.Learning and memory facilitation in mice were studied by one trial passive avoidance response.RESULTS (2-dialkylamino) ethyl-[(3-thiophenyl)methoxy] acetate(hydrochloride) has learning and memory facilitation in mice.
