Abstract

2,4,6-Tribromo-3-hydroxybenzoic acid is a kind of high sensitivity Trinder reactive alternative enzymatic method for the determination of phenol in ideal chromogen agent,synthesis methods.In this paper,amino benzoic acid is used as raw material,through three-step reaction by bromination,diazo and hydrolysis,2,4,6-Tribromo-3-hydroxybenzoic acid is synthesised,and the structure of the product is characterized by using IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR.Influences of sulfuric acid,sodium nitrite concentration and temperature on the synthetic process of diazonium sulfate are discussed,as well as the hydrolysis process of acid concentration and diazonium sulfate rate on yield effect.In the optimum conditions,the yield is 93.4%,purity of 99.7%.
