Abstract
Phenyl (6-(2-fluoro-4-nitrophenoxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)carbamate (7) was an important intermediate of many antitumor drugs, especially, it is widely used in small molecular inhibitors of anti-tumor. Compound 7 was synthesized from 6-chloropyrimidine-4-amine by acylation and nucleophilic substitution. The structures of the intermediates were confirmed by MS and 1H NMR. Furthermore, the synthetic method was optimized.
Phenyl (6-(2-fluoro-4-nitrophenoxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)carbamate (7) is an important intermediate in antitumor drugs, and its synthetic method has been optimized for efficient production.
