Abstract
In Switzerland between 2007 and 2012, a comparative study on outpatient treatment was conducted in a natural practice environment by Swiss psychotherapists from 10 different psychotherapy schools. This report presents the study and focuses on the results obtained by participating Gestalt therapists. In the natural practice environment, Gestalt-therapy proves to be an efficient approach and has greater positive results in the treatment of depressive thought processes.
