Abstract
Compares a variety of cost benefit methods and studies literatures that these methods are applied to fire protection at home and abroad, then measures cost and benefit of fire cover of city and presents one method of cost benefit analysis on fire cover of city—benefit cost ratio. The method can provide some technological assistance for fire protection layout of city.
