Abstract
The complexation rate of neostigmine bromide-phospholipid was determined by second derivative spectrometry.The peak amplitude was determined when the wavelength was at 264.2nm.Then the complexation rate was calculated.The experiment had a good liner relationship range from0.10 to 0.40mg·mL-1for neostigmine bromide content.The regression equation was as follow:y=0.3057x+0.0053,r=0.9992.The average recovery rate was 99.86%,RSD was 1.16%(n=9).The method was simple,accurate and rapid.It is suitable for the determination of the complexation rate of neostigmine bromide-phospholipid.
