Abstract
To explore the effect of cefoperazone sodium in the prevention of incision infection in colorectal cancer surgery. The days of hospitalization and application of antibiotics in the study group were (7.58 0.88) days and (3.74 0.48) days, respectively, which were significantly less than those in the control group (11.57 1.51) days and (5.98 0.84) days, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the level of inflammatory factors in the two groups decreased after treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05) On the 4th, 7th and 10th day after treatment, there were significant differences in body temperature, plasma leukocyte count, CRP, II-2, IL-4, IL-6, II-10, TNF-a and inf-7 between the study group and the control group (P < 0.05). On the 10th day after treatment, there were (3.19 0.39), (4.38 0.56), (10.091.12), (8.210.91), (81.2910.21) and (12.531.46) pg/L in the study group The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 21 patients in the study group had complications, the incidence was 20.19%; 56 patients in the control group had complications, the incidence was 54.37%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Cefoperazone sodium can prevent incision infection, reduce inflammatory factors and reduce postoperative complications in patients with colorectal cancer.
