Results The effective rate of observation group was 96.42%, while the effective rate of control group was 94.64%, the effective rate had no obvious difference between two groups with no statistical significance (P0.05). The clearance rate of observation group was 87.10%, and the clearance rate of control group was 87.50%, the clearance had no obvious difference between two groups with no statistical significance (P0.05). The major adverse reaction performance in two groups were rash, ALT or AST raised smoothly, there were 4 cases of the adverse reaction in the observation group, accounted for 7.14%; 5 cases in the control group, accounted for 8.93%, the rate of adverse reaction had no obvious difference between two groups with no statistical significance (P0.05). Two groups of patients were not significantly adverse reaction of the kidney and liver. Conclusion Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium to prevent infection in the department of obstetrics and gynecology has safety and effectiveness, which can be application in clinical.
