Abstract
1, 2-Bis (dialkylchlorosilyl) ethane reacted with diethylamine to give 1, 2-bis (dialkyldiethylaminosilyl) ethane in 60~70% yields. By the reaction of 1, 2-bis (dialkylchlorosilyl) ethane with ammonia and ethylamine respectively, a series of novel five-membered heterocyclic silicon-nitrogen compounds were prepared in 65~70% yields, and the reaction of 1-(diethyl-chlorosilyl)-2-(ethyldichlorosilyl) ethane with ammonia yielded two fivemembered heterocyclic compounds by monomolecular and bimolecular ammonolysis, while with ethylamine only the former was isolated.
