Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of harmine hydrochloride in artificial gastric juice, artificial intestinal juice and distilled water, respectively.METHODS:The content of harmine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC and the effect of temperature on the stability of harmine hydrochloride in artificial gastric juice, artificial intestinal juice and distilled water, respectively was detected by classic isothermal accelerated test.RESULTS:The linear range of harmine hydrochloride was 1.8~30.0μg·mL-1.The thermal degradation kinetics of harmine hydrochloride in artificial gastric juice, artificial intestinal juice and distilled water were in conformity with the first order kinetics. The expiration dates of harmine hydrochloride in artificial gastric juice, artificial intestinal juice and distilled water detected by classic isothermal accelerated tests were 566,69,and 22 days, respectively.CONCLUSION:The thermal stability of harmine hydrochloride in artificial gastric juice, artificial intestinal juice and distilled water were all satisfactory.
