Abstract
2-Chloro-6-fluorobenzaldehyde manufacturing wastewater in strong acidity, high-salt and high-COD, including aromatic fluoride compounds, was difficult to biodegrade through conventional methods. XDA-1 macroporous resin was used to absorb aromatic fluoride compounds, and the adsorption and desorption properties were investigated. The results showed that about 94.7% COD removal was obtained under the condition of temperature 303K, flow rate 3BV/h, and initial PH. 2-chloro-6-fluoro-benzoic acid recycle rate was about 95.7%, and up to 99.5% purity was reached. After treatment wastewater could be used for electroplating detarmish, and pollution was controlled fundamentally, while at the same time achieving the reuse of waste.
