Abstract
Experiments on outbred mice showed that acetylcholine chloride in a dose of 20 mg/kg 6 h after subcutaneous injection significantly reduces mortality of mice from sepsis induced by intraperitoneal injection of 2×109E. coli bacterial bodies and the blood levels of proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6.
