Abstract
An accurate method of liquid chromatography-isotope dilution mass spectrometry(LC-IDMS) was developed for determination of trace pentachlorophenol(PCP) residue in cotton textile sample.The sample was extracted by acidified n-hexane and separated on C18 column with mobile phase of ammonium acetate and methanol.PCP-13C6 was used as internal standard,and the ion pair m/z 264.8/ 270.9 was used for the quantification analysis of PCP in textile sample by MS.The limit of quantitation was 0.005 μg/g.Spiked recoveries for all analytes at three spiked concentration levels of 0.099,0.244,0.494 μg/g were in the range of 96%-104%with relative standard deviations of 0.81%-1.4%.The uncertainty evaluation for this method was carried out.The results indicated that the method was sensitive,fast and accurate,and could be used for the determination of PCP in textile CRMs and the method validation of field laboratory.
