Abstract
Abstract Styramate, a new central skeletal muscle relaxant, appears, in electroshock threshold studies in mice, to correspond qualitatively to the activity spectrum of a broad anticonvulsant. Its action resembles more closely that of phenacemide than diphenylhydantoin or phenobarbital.
