Abstract
Objective Take the method of cultured cardiac fibroblasts( CFs) in vitro,to observe the effect of Dehydrocorydaline on high glucose cultured cardiac fibroblasts of Wnt signal pathway. Methods By the cardiac fibroblasts model in vitro induced by high glucose,detection of the expression level of β-catenin,GSK-3β,P-GSK-3β by western blot; to observe the ability of the cell TGF-β1 protein secretion by ELISA method. Results Dehydrocorydaline can inhibit the expression of β-catenin( P 0. 01),upregulate the expression of P-GSK-3β( P 0. 05),reduction of the synthesis of TGF- β1( P 0. 01). Conclusion Dehydrocorydaline can inhibit of abnormal expression of Wnt signaling pathway,have potential effects of anti myocardial fibrosis.
