Abstract
Objective: To to determine the situation of pesticide residues in Morus Alba to ensure the quality of it. Methods: GC-MS was used to determine multiresidue pesticide in Morus Alba samples. Splitless injector was operated in pulsed-splitless mode. Inlet temperature program: 120 ℃( initial isotherm: 4. 5 min) up to 250 ℃ at a rate of 80 ℃ / min; oven temperature program: 82 ℃( initial isotherm: 5 min) up to 280 ℃ at a rate of 8 ℃ / min; column flow rate: constant pressure 120 Mpa; carrier gas flow rate: 300 mL / min; column flow rate: 1. 75 mL / min; Ion source temperature: 200 ℃; interface temperature: 250 ℃; MS detection mode: SIM. Results: Detection of the sample analysis can find pesticide residues and high levels of methacrifos. Conclusion: The sample has methacrifos residues and it can be determined that methacrifos was used during the plant growth process.
