Abstract
A method for the determination of melamine in dairy products was established by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) with self-prepared 15N3-melamine as internal standard.A linear calibration curve was obtained ranging from 1 to 1 000 ng/mL.The limit of determination was 1 ng/mL(S/N=3) and the recovery was 95.6%~98.7%.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of peak area was 1.3%~2.5%.The method was proved to be accurate and sensitive for the determination of melamine residues in dairy products.
