Abstract
Objective To establish a gas chromatography(GC)method for determination of residues of 1-bromo-3-chloropropane in piperaquine phosphate.Methods The samples were extracted by DMF.The content of 1-bromo-3-chloropropane was detected by FID after the separation in a DB-1 Column(30m×0.320mm,3.0μm).Column temperature was increased by programmed control and split flow was 5:1.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 1~15μg/ml,the average recovery was 99.48%,RSD was 1.67%(n=9);RSD of precision was 0.47%(n=6).The lowest detection limit was 0.002% of 1-bromo-3-chloropropane in piperaquine phosphate,the minimum detection concentration was 0.2272μg/ml.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and specific for determination of.1-bromo-3-chloropropane in piperaquine phosphate.
