Abstract
(Trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline and(trans)-4-phenyl-L-proline has been separated and determined by reversed-phase HPLC.The separation efficiency of(trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline,(trans)-4-phenyl-L-proline and other impurities was high under the selected conditions of the chromatographic operation.The accuracy and precision of this method were satisfied.The repeated tests of(trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline sample showed that RSD of inter-day and intra-day for(trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline were 1.55% and 0.09% respectively,while RSD of inter-day and intra-day for(trans)-4-phenyl-L-proline were 1.94%和1.79% respectively.The recovery of(trans)-4-cyclohexyl-L-proline and(trans)-4-phenyl-L-proline were 99.80%~100.40% and 97.28%~100.00%.
