Abstract
The effect of aceclidine on human intraocular pressure was studied. A dose relationship to 0.5%, 1%, 2%, and 4% aceclidine was established. The 4% aceclidine had a similar pressure lowering response to 2% pilocarpine. The duration of the four concentrations of aceclidine on intraocular pressure lasted at least seven hours.
