Abstract
Objective Through investigating the variations of lymphproliferation response and ratios of subgroup,to approach the effect of excess dosage potassium iodate on immune function of T lymphocyte. Methods 80 female BaLB/c were divided into 4 groups randomly according to their body weight,20 for each group,10 of each group was considered as one batchfor test.mice in the 4groups were orally administrated including iodine 0,1500,3000,6000μg/L,respectively for 30 days.they were used to observe lymphproliferation response,CD4~+/CD8~+,Th1/Th2,the activity of natural-killer cells(NK). Results On the 6000μg/L,CD4~+/CD8~+ was significant lower than control's.lymphproliferation response,Th1/Th2,the activity of natural-killer cells(NK) were significant higher than that of control. Conclusion Potassium iodate is exogenous chemical materials related to immune reaction. The dosage 6000μg/L can induce disorders of immune function of T lymphocyte of mice.It may have a central role in the development of autoimmune disease
