Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of naloxone hydrochloride on the indexes of patients with acute brain injury.Methods Clinical data of 52 acute brain injury patients were analyzed,including 31 patients in the observation group(treated with naloxone hydrochloride),and 21 patients in the control group(conventional treatment),the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results In observation group,GCS score was obviously improved,the level of ET in plasma was reduced;brain vasospasm incidence rate and abnormal rate of EEG was lower than those in control group.As a result,the detecting indices in treating group were superior to those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Naloxone hydrochloride therapy for acute brain injury is very important to improve the patient′s condition and reduce intracranial pressure,and it is worthy of widely clinical applications.
