Abstract
The effects of 1,4 Dinitrobenzene (1,4-DNB)on aquatic ecosystem were studied by pond microcosm (V=40L).Results obtained indicated that the species,density,biomes of algae,zooplankton,germ and the DO contents in water and the P g/R ratio of community were decreased dramatically after 6 days exposed in 0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8 mg/L 1,4-DNB.The higher the concentration,the broader the range of the community metabolism fluctuant.They all restored at different extent after 26 days exposure.It indicates that the model pond ecosystem is a satisfying tool for evaluating the holistic ecological effects of environmental chemical and provide scientific basis for ecological risk assessment.
