Abstract
[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the effects of diphenylamine on soil biological activity.[Method] By indoor biochemical culture method,3 treatments of adding 0(CK),50 and 100 mg/kg diphenylamine were set up in the test with 3 repetitions in each treatment and random arrangement.The influences of diphenylamine on the microecological effects were discussed.[Result]Diphenylamine at the designed concentrations had obvious stimulatory effects on soil respiration,it had not significant effects on catalase activity,it also had certain inhibitory effects on urease activity and it had no effect on the quantity of soil actinomycetes.Its effects on fungi quantity first showed stimulation and then recovered gradually.Its effects on bacteria quantity first showed inhibition and the inhibitory effects were increased with the increasing of concentration,and then it gradually recovered to be stable.[Conclusion] This research provide scientific basis for taking soil biological activity as ecological toxicity index of pollutants and reducing the environmental pollution.
