Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the contents of aconitine,mesaconine and hypaconitine and the difference of HPLC fingerprints of Aconitum carmichaeli after fermented with 19 kinds of medicine fungus.METHODS:Under the control of certain experiment conditions,A.carmichaeli was used as ground substance and fermented by two-way fermentation with 19 kinds of medicine fungus,such as Trametes robiniophila,Ganoderma lucidum,Pycnoporus cinnabarius.The product of medicinal ground substance mixed with mycelia was called "medicinal mycoplasma".An RP-HPLC method was then established to determine the contents of aconitine,mesaconine and hypaconitine.The difference of the content and HPLC fingerprints were compared.RESULTS:At different zymolytic times,most of their mycelia grew normally and quickly,especially number A,C,D,E,F,M,Q,V,SW,い and so on.The contents of aconitine,mesaconine and hypaconitine in fermented A.carmichaeli were significantly lower than in A.carmichaeli.CONCLUSION:The contents of aconitine,mesaconine and hypaconitine in "medicinal mycoplasma" have been decreased significantly.Two-way fermentation is conducive exploration of biotechnology in the filed of traditional Chinese medicine.
