Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levamlodipine besylate combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 98 patients with hypertension in the hospital from June,2011 to June,2013 were randomly divided into research group and control group. 49 patients in the control group were treated with Levamlodipine besylate tablets, and 49 patients of the research group were treated with sulfonic acid Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with Metoprolol tartrate. The efficacy of the 2 groups was observed. Results Through comparative analysis of clinical therapeutic effect of two groups, the total clinical effective rates of research group and control group were 93. 9% and 81. 6%,respectively. There were significant differences between the 2 groups( P 0. 05). The incidence rates of adverse reaction of the two groups were 4% and 16. 3%,respectively,with significant differences( P 0. 05). The antihypertensive efficacy of the research group was better than that of the control group, and the heart rate of patients in the research group was decreased, with significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate can reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension, while Levamlodipine besylate combined with Metoprolol tartrate therapy can both improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction. Combination treatment of Levamlodipine besylate and Metoprolol tartrate is worth to promote in clinical application.
