Abstract
Abstract Magnesium with different misch metal (Mm) concentration, from 10 to 30%, was investigated as a possible hydrogen storage medium. The materials were mechanically ball-milled and compressed into pellets for hydrogen storage evaluation. The experimental results showed high hydrogen storage capacity, rapid hydriding and dehydriding kinetics, low degree of decrepitation, and high cyclic stability after several hydriding–dehydriding cycles at high temperature and pressure.
