Abstract
Abstract Lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation is a novel detected post translational modification type in the research of proteomics. Such modification research may be helpful to several diseases' research and drug development. In this work, a novel 2-hydr_Ensemble residues’ identification algorithm, which is termed 2-hydr_Ensemble, has been proposed with the sequence information in the level of protein. Several typical classification models can be employed to compare with such novel algorithm. In detailed, the AUC values achieved 0.9197, 0.8192, 0.9307 and 0.8897 for HeLa cells, Physcomitrella patens, Rice Seeds and Saccharomyces cerevisiaes, respectively. Some demonstrated databases, including HeLa cells, Physcomitrella patens, Rice Seeds and Saccharomyces cerevisiaes, have been collect from the web sources. Statistical feature, which is bi-profile Bayesian, can be employed in this work. It is point that we employed a novel classification algorithm, which is termed 2-hydr_Ensemble. Such algorithm has the ability to find out the potential information among several feature vectors.
