Abstract
Abstract Glycyl- l -leucine is hydrolyzed by a leucocytic peptidase which appears to have zinc as a cofactor. A number of other dipeptides are probably split by the same enzyme. Lymphocytes were found to have greater activity per unit cell than leucocytes from normal blood. A number of peptidases previously found in serum could not be detected in leucocytes.
