Abstract
3,5-Diiodo-L-tyrosine was prepared via iodization of iodine monochloride.Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for iodization of iodine monochloride were as follows:the volume ratio of acetic acid solvent to iodine monochloride was 8∶1,the mole ratio of iodine monochloride to L-tyrosine was 3.6∶1,and the reaction temperature was 60 ℃.Under the optimal reaction conditions, the yield of 3,5-diiodo-L-tyrosine could reach up to 90%.The product structure was confirmed by 1HNMR spectroscopy.
