Abstract
Fuberidazole(FBZ) is one of the most important benzimidazole fungicides used in the field of agriculture. It persists in the environment after usage for a long time, which is a risk to human health and the environment. Therefore,it is important to quantify FBZ in the presence of complicated matrix background.A novel method has been proposed for the rapid determination of FBZ in environmental samples using three-dimensional fluorescence coupled with the second-order calibration method based on the alternating trilinear decomposition(ATLD) algorithm. When their component numbers were set to 2,the obtained average recoveries of FBZ in tap water, river water, pond water, rain water and river sediment samples were(100.5±1.3)%、(93.8±1.1)%、(95.0±2.1)%、(98.2±2.3)% and(91.3±1.6)%,respectively.The limit of detection(LOD) was 0.58、1.38、4.47、5.60、0.43 pg · mL-1,respectively.Furthermore,the accuracy of the method was also evaluated through the elliptical joint confidence region(EJCR) tests as well as the figures of merit, such as sensitivity(SEN),selectivity(SEL) and limit of quantification(LOQ).It showed that the proposed method could be used to directly determine fuberidazole contents even in the presence of unknown interferents and would provide a method for monitoring FBZ in the environment.
