Abstract
1. The reaction of methyl 2,2,2-trichloro-1,1-dimethylethyl phosphorochloridite with acrylic acid goes with elimination of methyl chloride and formation of 2-(2,2,2-trichloro-1,1-dimethylethoxy)-1,2-oxaphospholan-5-one-2-oxide. 2. The reactions of bis(2,2,2-trichloro-1,1-dimethylethyl) and phenyl 2,2,2-trichloro-1,1-dimethylethyl phosphorochloridites with acrylic acid go with the formation of the corresponding esters of 3-phosphonopropionyl chloride. 3. In the reaction of 2,2,2-trichloro-1,1-dimethylethyl phosphorodichloridite with acrylic acid 3-chloropropionyl chloride and 3-[chloro(2,2,2-trichloro-1,1-dimethylethoxy)phosphinyl]propionyl chloride. are formed.
