Abstract
Phytic acid is a kind of natural organic compound containing phosphorus,which is widespread in the seeds of plants,fruits and vegetables,and can be developed into a multi-functional green food additive.This paper reviewed the research progress in its bioactivities in recent years such as antioxidation,anti-tumor,preventing cardiocerebral vascular diseases,promoting fermentation,etc.
