Abstract
Sodium thiocyanate is separated from modified ADA desulfurization waste solution by solventing-out crystallization with the mixed solution of ethanol and acetone used as anti-solvent.The effects of crystallization temperature,anti-solvent volume ratio(acetone/ethanol),volume ratio of anti-solvent to desulfurization waste solution,feeding rate and stirring rate on the extraction rate of sodium thiocyanate are investigated.The best extraction conditions of sodium thiocyanate are obtained by single-factor and orthogonal experiments.The experimental results show that the extraction rate of sodium thiocyanate could reach 95.37% under the conditions of the crystallization temperature at 35 ℃,feeding rate at 160 mL/h,volume ratio of anti-solvent to desulfurization waste solution at 3,stirring rate at 150 r/min and anti-solvent volume ratio at 2.
