Abstract
Surface-enhanced Raman spectrum(SERS)of Chrysoidine was studied based on silver colloid.The characteristic peak in 1000cm-1 was selected as research object.NaCl was used as aggregating agent.The results show that the aggregation of silver colloid by NaCl is obvious.The surface enhanced Raman scattering spectra of Chrysoidine at different concentrations were also presented.The results indicated that SERS spectra of Chrysoidine can be found even at the concentration of 10-8 g/mL.For the real sample,SERS of different concentrations of Chrysoidine in drink were collected respectively.The limit of qualitative detection can reach 10-8 g/mL.And due to the simple procedure in sample preparation,this method has great potential in rapid detection.
