Abstract
The dehydrogenation of 17α-Hydroxy-16β-methylpregna-4,9(11)-diene-3,20-dione(HMPDD) to 17α-Hydroxy-16β-methylpregn-1,4,9(11)-triene-3,20-dione(HMPTD) catalyzed by Arthrobacter simplex was performed in a mixed solvent containing ionic liquid and Tris-HCl buffer(0.05 mol/L,pH 7.5).The influences of some reaction parameters were investigated.The optimal values of (L)-Lac content,cell concentration,substrate concentration and reaction time are 0.3%,13.1 g/L,4 g/L and 16 h,respectively.Under the optimum conditions,a maximum conversion rate of 89.9% was obtained,with an increase of 10% compared to that in Tris-HCl buffer.The reaction time with maximum conversion rate was 8 h shorter in the ionic liquids containing system.
