Abstract
Objective:To study the mechanisms of brain ischemic injuries caused by hydroxylammonium nitrate(HAN).Methods:The immunochemistry,immunofluorescence and in situ hybridization techniques were used to qualitative and quantitative analyse the expressions of heme oxygenase,hypoxia inducible factor,Syntaxin and Synaptobrevin in the wistar rat model administrated with HAN.Results:In the experimental group of the rat model,the expressions of HO-1,the protein and mRNA of HIF,syntaxin in the tissues of cerebral cortex,hippocampus and cerebellum were up-regulated,while the expression of Synaptobrevin 2 was down-regulated.The integration of Synaptobrevin 2 and syntaxin was attenuated.Conclusion:The up-regulated expressions of the ischemia and anoxia associated factors(HO-1 and HIF-1),synaptic vesicle associate protein(Synaptobrevin 2 and Syntaxin) and the neurotransmitter releasing disorder play an important role in the damage to brain tissue by the administration of hydroxylammonium nitrate.
