Abstract
3,4-dichlorophenol is synthesized from 1,2-dichlorobenzene by nitration,deoxidization,and diazotization.The best conditions of the three-step reaction are obtained by orthogonal test.When the molar ratio of mixed acid is 1∶3.5(nitric acid-sulfuric acid),the molar ratio of 1,2-dichlorobenzene and nitric acid is 1∶1.3 and the reaction temperature is 50 ℃,the yield of 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene is 94.0%.Using iron powder as reducer,7.0% NH4Cl liquid as reducing medium,the yield of 3,4-dichloroaniline is 92.5%.When the molar ratio of 3,4-dichloroaniline,ammonium chloride,sodium nitrite and sulfuric acid is 1∶1.2∶8,the yield of 3,4-dichlorophenol is 91.7%.
