Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of acute bacterial respiratory cefathiamidine on infection in children and compared with ceftazidime.Method:Collecting pediatric hospital treatment of 118 cases of children with bacterial respiratory system infection in our hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given the cefathiamidine(Baiyun Mountain pharmaceutical factory);The control group were treated with ceftazidime(New Shanghai pioneer Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd),observing clinical cure rate,bacterial clearance rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups.Result:Observation group had a cure rate of 54.8%,markedly effective rate of 35.5%,total effective rate of 93.5% and bacterial clearance rate of 85.2%,the adverse reaction incidence was 6.5%,there were no significant difference compared with the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose sulfur cephalosporin amidine bacterial acute respiratory infection in children with obvious therapeutic effect can be comparable to the three generations of cephalosporins.The totally antimicrobial treatment effect was high and the cost was low,and the adverse reactions can be tolerated.It is worthy of clinical application.
