Abstract
This paper introduced the synthesis of 2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzaldehyde(Ⅵ)involving three steps.Methyl 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzoate(Ⅱ)was synthesized from methyl-o-amino benzoate and bromine in the step 1.The compound II and hydrazine hydrate converted to 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzoylhydrazide(Ⅳ)in the step 2.In the step 3 the compound IV was oxidized by K3Fe(CN)6 to the product VI.The optimization for the reaction conditions in step 3 was discussed and the experiment expressed that when the optimal mole ration of Ⅳ and K3Fe(CN)6 was controlled at 0.56~0.65,ammonia water dosage was a 20 mL,the yield could reach 81%.
